If you haven’t had assisted stretch before, be prepared for a great time! Brian will greet you and discuss your current flexibility. Any injuries that you may have, and walk through your session. Stretches are performed on cushion-designed benches, your periods will not be painful. Brain will communicate with you throughout your time to gauge your comfort level. It is best to wear clothes and feel comfortable moving in. People wear workout clothes, gym shorts, yoga pants, T-shirts, etc. Jeans and slacks tend to restrict your mobility, so we should not wear those materials. So sit back and enjoy!
